Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services of ClearAir Hong Kong Ltd. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from ClearAir, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• Provide a valid credit card in your name
• Have a clean driving record
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions

2. Rental Agreement

Each rental is subject to a separate Rental Agreement that will be provided at the time of vehicle pickup. The Rental Agreement incorporates these Terms by reference and contains additional terms specific to your rental.

3. Vehicle Use

You agree to use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. The vehicle may not be used:

• For any illegal purpose
• To carry passengers or property for hire
• In any race, competition, or driving test
• While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Outside of Hong Kong without prior written approval

4. Air Quality Monitoring

Our vehicles are equipped with air quality monitoring systems that collect data during your rental period. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy. While we provide real-time air quality information, we do not guarantee specific air quality levels during your rental.

5. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, including but not limited to:

• Rental charges for the agreed period
• Additional driver fees (if applicable)
• Fuel charges if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank
• Late return fees
• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or stains
• Traffic or parking violation fees incurred during your rental
• Damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear

6. Insurance

All rentals include basic insurance coverage as specified in your Rental Agreement. You may purchase additional coverage options at the time of rental. You are responsible for any deductible amount in case of an accident or damage to the vehicle.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by rental type:

• Standard rentals: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Premium rentals: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• Same-day bookings: No refund for cancellations within 4 hours of pickup time

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearAir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or vehicles, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
